We're seeking a highly experienced Virtual Assistant to support our executive and operational teams. With a strong background in administrative support and digital tools, you’ll help ensure seamless communication, streamlined workflows, and exceptional service delivery across the company. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership
Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Organize and maintain digital files, presentations, and internal documentation
Draft and manage internal/external communications and reports
Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external partners
Track deadlines, follow-ups, and project milestones
Support customer onboarding and coordinate with client service teams
Help with light project management, social media scheduling, and CRM updates
5+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency required)
Proficiency with digital tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and CRMs
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience supporting C-level executives or senior management
Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Background in fintech, banking, or a tech-driven startup is a strong advantage
