Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Data Analyst with 3+ years of professional experience to join our growing Data & Insights team. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful business insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You will work closely with product managers, marketing teams, operations, and engineering to deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance user experience and optimize platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights across user behavior, financial transactions, and product usage.

Provide in-depth analyses to support decision-making in areas such as user acquisition, retention, payments, fraud detection, and customer support.

Reporting & Dashboarding

Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Ensure stakeholders have access to real-time, accurate metrics and KPIs.

Collaboration & Business Support

Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics, understand business problems, and implement data solutions.

Translate business requirements into data models and actionable analysis.

Data Integrity & Governance

Ensure data quality and integrity across all data sources.

Work with engineering and data teams to improve data pipelines and infrastructure.

Strategic Input

Contribute to forecasting, A/B testing, and predictive modeling initiatives.

Present findings to senior leadership with clear storytelling and business implications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in a fintech or digital-first company.

Strong SQL skills and experience querying large relational databases.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).

Familiarity with financial data, digital payments, or banking analytics is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings in a clear, concise manner.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
